Support.
Everyone needs help sometimes. Here, you’ll find ideas to cope and links to practical support. We talk about getting help for legal issues, your health, money, sex, relationships, violence and abuse. We also share information about helplines, services that connect you to caring people and good advice when you need it.
Getting help to be safe from violence and abuse
You might need somewhere safe to stay or money to change the locks on your house. Perhaps you want to talk to a kind and caring person. Whatever you need, support is available when you’ve experienced violence or abuse. Some services focus on helping people with disabilities. Here, we share resources to help you build a safer, healthier life.
Together, we are working towards the prevention of violence against women, girls, feminine identifying, and gender-diverse people with disabilities.
